Kathleen Carrano, Jesus Gutierrez Dish Up Summer Menu Items From Vincenzo’s Terrazza

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — Owner Kathleen Carrano and Chef Jesus Gutierrez joined us on KCAL9 Wednesday to serve Tuscany inspired dishes that can be tried on Vincenzo’s Terrazza menu.

Vincenzo’s Terrazza has been in operation for 2.5 years, and has established a loyal clientele.

The restaurant offers homemade pizzas, fresh homemade pastas and daily desserts with sauces that are all made from scratch.

Some of the summer menu items Gutierrez served on set included:

  • Insalata di Mela: a fuji apple salad with arugula, endive, candied walnuts, topped with crumbled goat cheese and chef’s balsamic dressing.
  • Spaghetti alla Lenticchie: homemade spaghetti noodle served with braised Tuscan lentils, oven roasted tomatoes and spinach in a light tomato sauce.
  • Crema Catalana: fine Italian custard with caramel topping.

Their menu changes seasonally, and is complemented by an extensive wine list.
